Participants take part in capacity-building sessions, along with diagnosis and solution-mapping activities, to refine their ideas into structured and viable solutions.

Curated ideas are presented to relevant business units to validate their potential impact and alignment with business needs. This phase includes business concept testing and final interviews to support informed decision-making.

Selected ideas are developed into small-scale pilot projects. Impactto supports and oversees the implementation process while monitoring progress to ensure effective execution and learning.
