Closed Innovation Program

Impactto helps companies maximize their innovation team capacity and agility in creating new innovations. Our Closed Innovation program focuses on internal innovation development, where employees across levels and divisions are empowered to think creatively and collaboratively in solving real business challenges.

Participants are guided through a structured innovation process, from idea generation to implementation. Selected ideas will be supported through small-scale pilot projects, ensuring practical application and measurable impact. Through this program, employees build essential strategic, leadership, and innovation skills needed to navigate complex and dynamic business environments.

Capacity Building for Innovation Management

Impactto facilitates corporate innovation capacity building using our Lean Product Building and PMF Modeling Framework. This two-day intensive training equips participants with the knowledge and skills needed to develop innovative products.

Participants are encouraged to generate initial innovation ideas that can be further refined and developed within the company. The program is delivered through a holistic curriculum that combines theory, practical insights, and hands-on workshops to ensure both understanding and application.
